FileChute is a paid software for Mac that allows you to transfer files of unlimited size to any computer on the web. FileChute requires an FTP or WebDAV-accessible web server to work. Apple MobileMe service is a suitable option as well.

FileShare HQ is a paid online service that is capable of sending large files up to 99GB in size. There is a free plan available that limits the usage of FileShare HQ to only two people and files that you can transfer are limited to 500MB in size.

To start, just log-in, upload your files and then invite other people via email to collect your uploads. All files you upload are stored in your personal online space, secured with encryption and persistently backed up. Registration is required to utilize the service and a 30-day free trial is available for each paid plan.
